This workshop will provide an introduction into the chakras. We will discuss discuss symbols and terminology, how the chakras are translated across cultures, discuss the how each chakra represents a part of the body and how this is defined energetically, and discuss the focal points with Reiki or other practices. We will discuss how crystals can be used and how different ones can represent different chakras. Each participant will choose a crystal that connects with them that day, and also read an oracle card.

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a journal or notebook for taking notes.
