When you’re grieving, it can feel like you’re out of sync with the rest of the world. You’re not alone. Join us and find community with others who have experienced loss
due to death. Together, we will explore new perspectives while working through a book about grief and loss.
In this six-week series, participants will engage in a combination of reading, writing, and discussion about navigating grief in today’s world.
The book* for this series is: The Grieving Brain
By Mary-Frances O’Connor
