Dilation: A Ceremony of Seeing Through Darkness

Join Nicole Barlett and I as we guide you into a ceremonial journey of discovery and enlightenment.

In our time together we will weave sacred space, invite cacao to open our hearts, and participate in a talking circle designed to illuminate the shadow elements that typically remain hidden under the surface.

The shadow is not “bad” it is simply the parts of us that we are consciously unaware of, and in this ceremony we will be consciously stepping into the darkness and learning to see it with new eyes.

Both Ecstatic Dance Journeys and Breathwork are powerful tools to journey deeper into your consciousness, and in our time together we will utilize these tools to excavate and illuminate our inner world.

We will ground back into bodies through journaling, then share insights, close the circle, and share a light snack.

This ceremony is intended to guide us into and through deep soul work. Our dedication to ourselves and the path of awakening is important at this time in our world, and Nicole and I are both committed to doing this work ourselves, and guiding others through it as well.
